Our Workshops and Events

We run workshops and work on projects alongside other organisations to raise awareness and educate those within our community of services and to build community integration.

Women's Health & Wellbeing Workshops

Providing women-only health awareness sessions in a safe and supportive environment. Delivered with healthcare professionals, these workshops cover topics affecting women’s physical and mental wellbeing, helping participants increase their knowledge, access services, build confidence, challenge stigma and overcome barriers around mental health and general wellbeing.

Men's Health Awareness Workshops

Providing men's health education on prostate health, preventive screenings, and healthy lifestyles. We support early intervention, improve access to healthcare and mental health services, and help individuals navigate local support and wellbeing resources.

Women Together for Change

A welcoming space where women from diverse communities can connect, share experiences, and build supportive friendships. Through workshops and group activities, participants develop confidence, reduce isolation, and strengthen their sense of belonging. The programme also helps women access local services, opportunities, and community networks, supporting greater integration and wellbeing.

COVID-19 Community Response

During the COVID-19 lockdown, we supported vulnerable community members facing isolation, anxiety, and difficulties accessing essential services. Through regular welfare calls, healthcare support, and volunteer-led shopping deliveries, we helped individuals stay connected and safe. We also provided remote exercise and wellbeing activities to promote physical and mental health during a challenging period.
